Two ripe avocados 🥑 smashed
1 small tomato cubed 🍅
1/2 Med white onion chopped
1 Med jalapeño chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 whole fresh lime squeezed
Mix and enjoy! The lime juice holds off the browning of the fresh avocado.

I like to use a Garlic Press to smash the garlic and get the best flavor and nutrients out of it.
