If you love fat bombs, but hate how hard it is to keep them cold check this out! Dr Heather shared this awesome recipe and I love love love the idea. There is no fat in this recipe, but ketones are even better!
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 Package of Knox Unflavored Gelatin
1 Package Keto//OS Max of your favorite flavor
Mix ingredients together and pour into silicone ice cube trays, chill for 3-4 hours and you have portable, easy energy and access to ketones while running, or biking! I can’t wait to try this one at home!
