1 Stick butter
1 pkg cream cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
Sun dried tomatoes chopped
Chicken grilled and chopped
Shrimp sautéed with butter and garlic
Bacon crispy and crumbled
Melt the butter and cream cheese on low to med heat until lumps are gone, stir to avoid scorching. Add cream and stir till mixed well. Simmer on low heat until mostly thickened stir frequently. Add garlic, spinach, peas etc… simmer while noodles are warming.
Spiral cut one small yellow squash per person
Add to boiling water with a teaspoon of sea salt .. boil noodles until warm (about 4 minutes) Do not over cook, you are only heating them up.
Strain and add to alfredo sauce
